A modern and spacious vacation home built in 2023, located in the attractive Marielyst Strandpark area, approximately 1,300 meters from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly sandy beaches, and not far from downtown Marielyst, where you’ll find grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes a coffee maker, ice maker, juicer, induction stove, separate oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The living room features a smart TV, and wireless internet is available throughout the vacation home. A PlayStation 3 is set up in the house, and there is also an electronic dartboard in the living room. The house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump and an air-to-air heat pump. There are two bedrooms—both with a double bed. The house has two lofts, each with a double bed. There are two bathrooms in the house, each with a toilet, sink, and shower stall. The entryway also features a washer and dryer. The house is situated on a 370 m² lot. There is a large patio with patio furniture, a parasol, and lounge chairs, as well as a gas grill and some garden toys, so there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with the family on lovely summer evenings. Close to the house, there is a large communal area available for free use. Here, you can play soccer and other ball games. The house is close to a bowling alley, a golf course, a visitor center, a Put & Take lake, and near shopping and the town center. Dancenter Vacation Home 66776 is right next door. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Arrived late after a tiring drive. The Wi-Fi worked well enough for me to finish some work, which was really helpful. Everything had a welcoming feel.

Short trip with pals. The area felt larger than we anticipated, especially the living room and kitchen. Cooking together was easy, and we enjoyed hanging out after meals. We had so much fun playing darts in the evenings and finding a nice area to relax.
