Welcome to a stylish and completely newly built holiday home with a fantastic location just outside Isgärde on beautiful Öland. Here you live in a quiet and natural environment with only 520 meters to the beautiful Borgmästarviken beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, beautiful sunsets and wonderful summer days by the sea. The house is surrounded by a large garden and an elegant paved patio in beautiful Öland stone - a perfect place for long breakfasts, barbecues and relaxing moments in the sun. The large windows blur the boundary between inside and outside and fill the house with light. Inside, a spacious and open living room awaits you where the kitchen, dining area and living room interact in a modern and social layout. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for pleasant dinners. The living room area offers a nice place to relax after the day's excursions. The house has two nice bedrooms. One is an incredibly beautiful bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a calming atmosphere. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds. Electric car chargers are available for an extra charge. Bring your own sheets and towels. A cozy walk through the forest takes you to charming Stora Rör, where you will find nice restaurants, a harbor environment and a popular stone oven bakery. There are also nice tennis courts and a paddle court for those of you who want to be active during your vacation. For golf enthusiasts, both Ekerum Resort Öland and Saxnäs Golf Club are within easy reach. The location in the middle of Öland also makes it easy to discover all the island's attractions - from extensive beaches and nature reserves to cozy farm shops, cafes and all the summer activities. Three days spent here recharging was exactly what I wanted! The electric car charger came in handy after our long drives across Öland. Cooking family meals in that spacious kitchen brought us closer together after a day of beach fun.

Staying here for four nights was just what we needed. Loved being near nature and all those charming spots in Stora Rör. The kids enjoyed exploring, too. Appreciated having two bedrooms for privacy while still spending time together. Check-in was smooth and the outdoor patio was perfect for evening chats under the stars.
