We were able to park directly in the hotel parking lot on the 1st night, €7/night. Unfortunately, on the 2nd night, there was a bus in the parking lot and many other cars. Our car is unfortunately very long, and therefore we didn't dare to drive into the parking lot, as we have difficulty turning with the long car and reversing is also not much fun. The staff at the reception were consistently very nice. The room was clean and quiet. It was terribly hot outside, but the room was very pleasant. We had a drink in the hotel’s beer garden in the evening. The prices of the drinks were very fair. You can walk to the city center in just a few minutes. If we take a vacation in Offenburg again, we will definitely book the same hotel again and will also recommend it.

During our stay, there were unfortunately roof works that caused some noise. However, the reception was very understanding and apologized. The hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and about 30 minutes to the large event halls in Offenburg. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness in the hotel was exemplary, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Additionally, there was free coffee in the afternoon, which was a nice gesture!

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. The location is central yet quiet, which I really appreciate. The hotel may be a few years old, but everything is clean and tidy. There is a bar and a vending machine, and nearby you can find various restaurants such as Greek, German, and Italian cuisine. My colleague and I have already stayed here for the third time because it just suits us.

On the second day, the lady was not particularly friendly and seemed somewhat rude. In contrast, the gentleman on the night shift on the first day was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked that very much, which is why I give you 10 points!
