It would be great if there were still charging stations for electric cars. The staff is extremely friendly, the parking options are sufficient, and the reception is staffed 24/7. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. The location is central yet quiet, which is very pleasant. The hotel may be a few years old, but everything is clean and tidy – that is the most important thing for me. There is a bar as well as a vending machine, and various restaurants nearby, including Greek, German, and Italian cuisine. My colleague and I have now stayed at this hotel for the third time because everything just works for us.

Booking via Expedia was in the System, but whyever the payment obviously was sent to Belvilla Switzerland. It Took US more Then 30 minutes in the Hotline, but without success. They gave us a Room, but not a Family Room, as booked, it was a Double Room with an extra bed.

The lady on the second day was not particularly friendly and seemed somewhat rude. However, the gentleman on the night shift on the first day was extremely helpful and friendly, which I appreciated very much. Therefore, I give you 10 points.

The water in the sink takes some time to drain, but the quiet location near the main train station is fantastic. The rooms are well-equipped, especially the wide and comfortable bed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a great value for money!

The location is great; you can quickly get to the city center.

During our stay, roof work was taking place, which unfortunately was not very quiet. The reception apologized for it. It was probably necessary; there's nothing to be done about it. The hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and about 30 minutes to the large event halls in Offenburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was more than sufficient, and the coffee machine worked perfectly. By the way, there was also free coffee in the afternoon!
