During our stay, there were roof works taking place at the hotel, which unfortunately caused some noise. However, the reception was very understanding and apologized. The hotel has an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and about 30 minutes to the major event halls in Offenburg. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness in the hotel was top-notch, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Additionally, there was free coffee in the afternoon, which was really great!
