Description
The studio is located in a single-family house built in 1980 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Zadar, district Borik. The studio is located on an enclosed property with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), (induction hob), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC and hairdryer.
