This lovely 75 m2 summer house exudes holiday idyll, coziness and relaxation for the whole family. There are beautiful outdoor areas, a pool, a sauna and lots of cozy nooks on the natural plot. The summer house is located close to the popular Bjerge Sydstrand with an ice cream shop, lovely walks along the water and good opportunities for relaxing by the beach. Indoors The summer house is bright, cozy and invitingly furnished with plenty of space for both families and friends who want a relaxing holiday close to nature. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a cozy children's room with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a separate annex with both a double bed and a bunk bed, which provides extra space for overnight guests. The living room of the house is lovely and cozy with good seating and space for socializing after the day's adventures. The sofa in the living room can be turned out to a large and cozy sofa bed, perfect for movie nights and relaxing with the whole family. From the living room there is access to a beautiful and bright conservatory, where you can enjoy the view of the garden and the green outdoor life in all kinds of weather. The kitchen is neat and newly furnished with good facilities and a cozy setting for holiday meals. The cottage is particularly suitable for families with small children, as there is both a baby chair and a baby travel cot for the youngest guests. Outdoors The absolute highlight of the cottage is the fantastic outdoor environment with pool and sauna. The outdoor pool invites you to play, relax and enjoy long summer days in the sun, while the sauna with space for 6 people makes it possible to enjoy wellness and a holiday atmosphere all year round. Around the house there are several cozy terraces and living areas, so you can always find both sun, shelter and shade. The large covered outdoor area forms the perfect setting for long summer evenings with barbecues, coziness and shared meals around the long table. There is also an outdoor fireplace, which creates extra atmosphere on cool evenings. The large natural plot has many small cozy nooks and crannies where you can relax with a book or enjoy the silence. For the youngest in the family, there is a nice playhouse with lots of toys and balls, as well as plenty of space for play and activities in the garden. There is also a baby swing and a regular swing. There is good parking at the house. Pets are not allowed. Location The summer house is located close to the popular Bjerge Sydstrand, where you will find a lovely beach, a cozy ice cream shop and wonderful opportunities for walks along the water. It is also a short distance to Gørlev, where there are good shopping opportunities, cafes and activities. In the summer, the cozy Saturday market is a popular excursion destination, and the area offers several holiday activities for both children and adults. The area around Bjerge Sydstrand is known for its quiet holiday atmosphere, beautiful nature and the many opportunities to enjoy summer life close to the beach, forest and cozy small towns. Please note that the pool is closed during the autumn and winter months and will reopen in spring (April).A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
