Your holiday apartment has a large double bedroom (160x200) with floor-to-ceiling window facing the sea and ensuite shower bathroom, a separate kitchen, a large living room, couch with sea view included, with a smaller sleeping area (140x190) at the back, also with ensuite shower bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating are of course included. Up to four guests can enjoy a wonderful holiday by the sea here. And when you leave your accommodation on the other side, you are right in the middle of life, directly on the picturesque promenade. Here, small boutiques, fish restaurants, pizzerias, the coffee bar for your first cappuccino, or your favorite bar for an aperitif are lined up next to each other.
Give your car a little break, too! Whether you arrive relaxed without a car – we are happy to advise you – or park it in one of the nearby paid parking garages: You won’t miss it here on site. For your excursions can be easily undertaken by boat, train, or bus. Directly from the picturesque promenade, you enter this unique building through the historic portal. Your apartment is on the raised ground floor facing the water. Directly in front of the apartment is the private access to the beach via a few steps. Enjoy swimming before the first beachgoers arrive, enjoy the golden hour when in the afternoon the water begins to reflect the sun, sit by the water in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset, or take one last swim in the moonlight.
