On the ground floor of Villa Viva is the spacious living area with panoramic views over the upper terrace into the distance. From all the windows of the house, the view opens onto the romantic landscape. In summer, thanks to the large sliding doors, you live both indoors and outdoors. The tasteful furnishings with exposed roof beams and beautiful terracotta floors or parquet offer every holiday comfort. The large Provençal kitchen is very well equipped. Here, “cooking” becomes a holiday event. At the back of the house is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a beautiful marble bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a sitting area, and another shower room. Below the house, on the garden level, there is a completely independent apartment with a separate entrance, in which the German-speaking property manager lives. Your car is inside the fenced area.
