Therefore, the terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea as well as the opposite coast and the Bavella mountains. On the opposite side, there is another terrace with a side view of the sea. This way, you can always enjoy a spot in the sun or shade – just as you wish.
The holiday home features a cozy living/dining room with electric shutters and an open, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, toaster, kettle & oven. Coffee lovers have a free choice between a fully automatic coffee machine for fresh beans, a filter coffee machine, or an espresso maker.
There are a total of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and an additional double bed. New mattresses with two selectable firmness levels as well as new duvets and pillows ensure a restful sleep. A practical seating option can quickly be converted into an additional sleeping place for a child if needed. The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with double washbasins, shower, toilet, and bathroom cabinet including hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. Except for the large sliding door, all doors and windows are fitted with fly screens. Air conditioners with heating function ensure pleasant temperatures in all 3 rooms at any time of year.
A grill, an outdoor shower, and a table tennis table are also available, as well as a high chair, vacuum cleaner, and iron if needed. In the basement room there are loungers, sun umbrellas, and various equipment such as bocce balls. You will also find a second refrigerator and the washing machine there, as well as four bicycles for use.
Pets can be brought by arrangement. The property is fully fenced.

Location and surroundings of object
It is directly by the sea and you have access to a private bathing platform via a staircase. The path continues to the lighthouse and ends at the naturist club complex La Chiappa (approx. 1 km).
The quiet and family-friendly club has a small supermarket with bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, and bars, and offers numerous sports activities for a fee. Fee (tennis, table tennis, mini golf, boules, horseback riding, diving, sailing, surfing) a sandy beach, as well as massage, yoga, and a creative workshop (pottery courses, textile art). 2 admission tickets for the club are included (additional tickets approx. 6 EUR/day. Admission to the supermarket, gastronomy, and various sports activities is free.)
Palombaggia, with its turquoise blue waters, fine white sandy beach, and large pine trees, is approx. 10 min. away.

Simply dreamy...
We had a completely successful vacation! We really enjoyed the location right by the sea, and a highlight is clearly the incredible view of the sea and the mountains. Simply fantastic and it amazed us every day anew! The house is very well equipped and matched the description perfectly. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. One felt comfortable right away. The landlady also helped us easily with all questions from the very beginning and was always reachable. A few of the excursion ideas we picked up and there was something for everyone, but the time was simply too short! We will definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.
