The holiday home is directly on the sea and is located between Porto-Vecchio and Palombaggia, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. It is near the lighthouse Phare de la Chiappa and has its own parking space, from which you can reach a private bathing platform with a bathing ladder via a staircase – for sunbathing, snorkeling, or simply taking a swim after an eventful day.
From the parking space, steps also lead to the house, which is situated slightly elevated. Therefore, the terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea as well as the opposite coast and the Bavella mountains. There is also a second terrace with a side sea view.
The holiday home features a cozy living/dining room with electric shutters and an open, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and oven. Coffee lovers are free to choose between a fully automatic coffee machine for fresh beans, a filter coffee maker, or an espresso maker. There are a total of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and an additional double bed. The beds are equipped with new mattresses of two different firmness levels as well as new duvets and pillows. A practical seating area can quickly be converted into an additional sleeping option for a child if needed.
The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with double washbasins, shower, toilet, and bathroom cabinet including hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. Except for the large sliding door, all doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Air conditioners with heating function ensure pleasant temperatures in all 3 rooms at any time of year.
A grill, an outdoor shower, and a table tennis table are also available, as well as a high chair, vacuum cleaner, and iron if needed.
In the basement room there are loungers, sun umbrellas, and various equipment such as bocce balls. There you will also find a second refrigerator and the washing machine as well as four bicycles for use.
Pets may be brought along by arrangement. The property is fully fenced.

Whether you are a nature lover, water sports enthusiast, or cultural traveler: Around the house there are dreamlike beaches, impressive nature as well as picturesque places and prehistoric sites for an unforgettable holiday. The clear water also makes the region interesting for snorkeling and diving.
The holiday home is located in the southeast of Corsica between the town of Porto-Vecchio and Palombaggia, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. It is directly by the sea and you have access to a private bathing platform via a staircase. The path continues to the lighthouse and ends at the naturist club complex La Chiappa (approx. 1 km). The quiet and family-friendly club features a small supermarket with bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, and bars, and offers numerous sports activities (tennis, table tennis, mini golf, boules, horseback riding, diving, sailing, surfing), a sandy beach, as well as massage, yoga, and a creative workshop (pottery courses, textile art).
Palombaggia, with its turquoise waters, fine white sandy beach, and large pine trees, is about 10 minutes away. Impressive rock formations rise from the water between the bays, inviting you to climb around.
Accessible only on foot or by boat (and therefore less frequented), you can discover an idyllic sandy beach, which many simply call the "Tahiti Bay."
Only 30 minutes away lies the approx. 1. 000 m high mountain and forest area Ospedale, known for its dense pine and chestnut forests, beautiful hiking trails, the reservoir, breathtaking views, and the Piscia di Gallu waterfall. The cooler climate is especially pleasant in summer. The Cavu river there offers a special excursion experience with its rocks shaped by water and natural bathing pools. More demanding athletes will find opportunities for canyoning, climbing tours, or alpine hikes in the nearby Bavella mountains.
The lively old town of Porto-Vecchio, with its historic citadel, picturesque alleys with cafés and boutiques, as well as the modern marina, creates a Mediterranean atmosphere and invites you to stroll. Pubs and restaurants delight with regional specialties and excellent wines. Several supermarkets with a wide range of products offer long opening hours daily in summer.
Bonifacio, the southernmost town of Corsica (approx. 40 min.), with its spectacular old town on white limestone cliffs, is always worth a visit. The harbor is the starting point for numerous boat trips, and the grotto tour is a special highlight. Unforgettable for golfers is the spectacular 18-hole course in the Gulf of Sperone with views as far as Sardinia; near Porto-V., a 9-hole course at Lecci complements the offerings. In the surroundings of Porto-Vecchio there are also significant prehistoric sites such as the Bronze Age complex of Cucuruzzu, which offers fascinating insights into the early history of Corsica.
So from the holiday home you have all kinds of activities or excursion options practically on your doorstep, or you simply relax and enjoy your time on the terrace with a magnificent view of the sea.
