Secured private parking: Forget the stressful search for a parking space! Your car is absolutely safe on our enclosed property directly behind a gate system (can be conveniently booked for only €3.50 / night). Absolute peace & lots of greenery: Located in a charming, very well-kept 1950s residential street in the Südstadt. Enjoy spacious, green courtyards and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
Comfort amenities: Separate bedroom (bed 180x200 cm) with blackout, bright living room with corner couch and flat TV, fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom with its own washing machine.

Comfort & service on request:
Free Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment. Towel service: Save suitcase space! You can book a fresh towel package for only €5 per person and stay easily during the booking process.
The rooftop terrace is a pure oasis of well-being – smoking is permitted here in the outdoor area.
? Notes for cyclists:
A covered rack is available for your regular bicycles (please register in advance). Important notice: Due to strict fire safety regulations, storing and charging e-bikes, e-scooters, or other battery-powered devices is strictly prohibited throughout the premises and in the apartments. Unfortunately, our facility also does not have space for special sizes (tandems, recumbent bikes).

Location: Quiet yet close to the action
You can reach the historic old town (“Görliwood”) in about 20 minutes on foot or very conveniently by bus (bus stop nearby). Supermarkets, cozy bakeries, and pharmacies are within quick walking distance. The location is also the perfect starting point for excursions to Lake Berzdorf or the nearby Zittau Mountains.

Safety is our top priority.
Our rooftop terrace is a special place – open, flooded with light, and with a railing that meets current standards. Nevertheless, we do not want to take any risks, especially for very young guests.

For this reason, we can only accommodate children from a minimum age of 7 years. Younger children could, despite all precautions, have an increased risk of falling from the rooftop terrace. This regulation serves exclusively for the safety and well-being of our guests. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions here.
