Our comfortable holiday home accommodates up to four people and is ideal for families or couples. Upstairs, you will find two cozy bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed if needed. Another single room is located on the ground floor.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable seating group. Directly adjacent is the open-plan kitchen-living room, equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and everything you need for comfortable self-catering.
For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with German satellite channels, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
In the garden shed, a handcart for outings with small children, a charcoal grill, and two sun loungers are available for your use. The spacious terrace in front of the house offers plenty of space to enjoy sunny hours outdoors.

Just a few steps behind the dunes, in the idyllic holiday park Strandslag Julianadorp, is our beautiful holiday home. It is lovingly and comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The spacious garden with a large terrace invites you to relax and offers a wonderful view of the dunes and the well-kept park grounds. The family-friendly holiday park offers numerous leisure activities: A spacious playground, a mini-golf course, and a café with convenient bread roll service provide variety and comfort.
The fine sandy beach is within easy walking distance. There you will find a beach café and a restaurant with a magnificent sea view – ideal for relaxing hours by the water. In the immediate vicinity of the park you will also find an adventure swimming pool, tennis courts, a golf course, various restaurants, shopping facilities, a pharmacy, and a bank. The center of Julianadorp can be reached by bicycle or car in about ten minutes and offers several supermarkets for daily needs.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may terminate the rental agreement in writing no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. In this case, the deposit will be retained as compensation, unless a replacement tenant is found. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price will be charged to the tenant. A refund will only be given if a replacement tenant is found at short notice. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

In the high season, our holiday home can be booked by the week, each stay lasting seven days. Arrival and departure day during this period is always Friday.
Outside the high season, shorter stays are also possible by individual arrangement.
Rentals with dogs are limited, due to the steep stairs to the bedrooms, to small and medium-sized breeds up to approx. 25 kg.
