1, Nem m?ködött a villany a wc-ben, ami azért kellemetlen volt,2, A második este arra értem vissza, hogy egy csótány rohant végig a konyhapulton,3, Nagyon hideg volt a lakás, (Október második felében voltam itt, kint 7-15 fok, végig felh?s, es?s id? volt,) Maximumra csavartam mindkét ablak alatti radiátort, viszont a háló+fürd? részen nem volt semmilyen f?t?test, Második itt töltött reggelen arra ébredtem, hogy meg lehet fagyni a lakásban, Akkor vettem észre, hogy a szél vagy 10 centire kinyitotta az egyetlen nyitható ablakot, Amikor be akartam zárni kiderült, hogy egész egyszer?en nem lehet bezárni az ablakot, nem m?ködött rajta a fogantyú (éppen csak nem esett szét)! Mindez a hetedik emeleten! Nagy eséllyel nem újkelet? volt ez a probléma, ugyanis volt egy retesz utólag az ablakra szerelve, Ezt viszont úgy rögzítették, hogyha ezt használtam volna vagy 1 centire nyitva lett volna folyamatosan az ablak, ami ?sszel kifejezetten kellemetlen volt, állandóan jött be a hideg, Ráadásul mivel gondolom távf?tés van az épületben, így reggel rendszeresen nem mentek a radiátorok, hiába voltak maximumra állítva, Konkrétan az eset után pulóverben és kabátban voltam a lakásban, és a süt?vel és a hajszárítóval próbáltam legalább egy 18-20 fokot csinálni a szobában a jéghideg radiátorok miatt,,,, Az ablakot onnantól kezdve a Buddha szoborral tartottam a helyén,,, A lakást pedig 4 nap alatt sem lehetett kellemesen melegre f?teni,4, A konyha és a háló közötti falból nagyon hangos "pattogó" hang jött kisebb-nagyobb megszakításokkal, Gondolom valami cs?b?l jöhetett a hang,5, Mivel az épület a belvárosban van, és az ablak nem zárt jól, így hangos volt a lakás, ami lehet valakit zavarna (engem ez nem érdekelt),6, F?zéskor be akartam kapcsolni a szagelszívót, viszont csak a váza volt meg, a belsejét kiszedték, ?? Így plusz lámpát sem tudtam a f?z?lap fölött kapcsolni,7, Nem a fotókon látható állólámpa volt a szobában, hanem egy megd?lt, rozogább,Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, a kilátás csodás! A lakás jó állapotú, mérete igazán kényelmes, a konyha igen jól felszerelt (volt cukor, só, olaj, tea, kávé, konyhai eszközök), kényelmes az ágy, El?ször 10 pontot szerettem volna adni, csak aztán jött a DE,,,

I noticed a slight smell of cigarettes in the elevator, but that was the only issue, After reading some negative reviews about it being cold, dirty, and uncomfortable, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, Our room was fantastic, offering a stunning view of the city, and the location couldn't be better, The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, including a large fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, The key pickup process was incredibly straightforward and took just half a minute, The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us, and checkout was a breezejust leave the keys in the apartment! This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I found it hard to believe the previous reviews, For just 48 for a same-day booking, I will definitely return!
