In this very cozy spa holiday home of 91 m², with an exceptionally attractive location—just a stone’s throw or two from the center of Marielyst—you have everything within easy reach, from shopping and restaurants to experiences, and it is only 750 meters from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches. The holiday home is bright and modernly furnished with an open kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, induction stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The living room features a TV with Chromecast and internet, as well as an air-to-air heat pump, and on colder days, you can use the wood-burning stove, which provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The house has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the third has bunk beds. One loft area has a single bed, while the other loft is a cozy space for children and the young at heart. The loft also includes a game console, bean bags, and various board games. In the house’s large bathroom, which has comfortable underfloor heating, there is a sink, toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a lovely two-person spa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. This gem is located on a 700 m² plot, offering plenty of space for play and activities. You certainly won’t get bored here. The garden includes a swing set, playhouse, hammock, and football goal, and you can also enjoy the fire pit or relax in the garden pavilion if it rains. On warm summer days, you can sit on the terrace, which is equipped with a gas grill, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt. Es war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große, liebevoll angelegte Garten mit Schaukeln, Rutsche, Klettermöglichkeiten, einem Spielhaus sowie zahlreichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten für Erwachsene †ideal für Familien. Sogar eine gemütliche Feuerstelle und ein Gasgrill mit bereits gefüllter Gasflasche stehen zur Verfügung. Auch die Küche und die vorhandenen Haushaltsutensilien sind außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Rema 1000, Netto sowie die Promenade mit Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, in das wir jederzeit gerne wiederkommen würden, wenn wir Urlaub in Marielyst machen. Empfehlungen: Marielyst ist ein ganz hervorragender Ausgangsort für vielerlei Ausflüge, wir z.B. das Mittelalterzentrum in Nykøbing Falster, Møns Klint, Skovtårnet (Forest Tower) im Camp Adventure, Knuthenborg Safaripark aber auch Tagesausflüge nach Kopenhagen sowie auch Malmö (mit Fahrt über die Øresundbrücke) und vieles mehr.
