The lower level of the house is entirely for guests and offers privacy, comfort, and one of the best locations in the area.
The house features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. From the kitchen you have direct access to the large private terrace and garden — without doubt the heart of the house. Thanks to the elevated position on the hill, the outdoor area feels peaceful, spacious, and almost majestic, with panoramic views over the ocean and coastline.
The terrace includes sun loungers and plenty of space to relax, dine outside, or enjoy the sunset after a beach day. The beach itself is only a 3-minute walk away.
A private parking space directly next to the house is included, which is especially valuable during the busy summer months when parking near the beach can be difficult.
The home is ideal for couples, surfers, families, hikers, remote workers, or anyone wanting to reconnect with nature and ocean life. You will wake up to the sound of the waves and fall asleep with the fresh Atlantic air.
Good to know: due to the exceptional location directly by the ocean, the house can occasionally experience higher humidity levels, which is common for homes on this coastline. For this reason, we provide simple ventilation instructions to keep the house comfortable during your stay.

Monte Clérigo is one of the most beautiful beach villages of the Algarve, known for its relaxed atmosphere and unspoiled surroundings. Unlike the busy tourist resorts in the south, this coast still feels authentic and peaceful. Even during summer, the Atlantic breeze keeps temperatures comfortable.
The beach and two cozy beachfront restaurants are only a 3-minute walk away. Nearby you will also find some of Portugal’s most famous surf beaches, including Praia da Arrifana, Praia da Amoreira, Praia do Amado and Praia de Odeceixe.
