Located directly on the cycle path and immediately on the “Spayer Blick ins Tal” dream trail and the “Rheingoldbogen” dream path. On 55 m², you will find a thoughtfully designed living space with a dining area from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Rhine. There is also a cozy bedroom, as well as a bathroom that combines comfort and functionality. The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers and offers you a private parking space directly at the house as well as a lockable storage facility for your bicycles and e-bikes. Enjoy relaxing hours on the spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture – perfect for breakfast in the open air or an evening at sunset. On warm days, the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.
