Recently built independent cottage consisting of kitchen, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, direct access to spacious covered veranda, with exclusive rear garden ideal for dinners and lunches, double bedroom with veranda and access to the garden, bedroom with three-quarter bed, bathroom with shower/wc/bidet. On the front side there is a garden, with private internal parking with gate, outdoor shower, wifi available from May to October, the house is equipped with mosquito nets.
The apartment is very comfortable, functional, and includes washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen accessories including Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, the rooms are spacious with comfortable wardrobes, we provide no. 1 cot for children, high chair, changing table, beach umbrella and chairs for the beach which is 500m away and just a few minutes by car from a wide selection of beautiful beaches where you can spend your stay.

The house is located in the area of Baia Sant Anna between the sea and nature, 600m from the beautiful free beach of Porto Aiunu, accessible even to the little ones.
