The apartment accommodates two people and impresses with its splendid sea view as well as a private parking space directly at the house. You are only about 550 metres away from the well-maintained pebble and concrete beaches. In the 30-square-metre garden, you can start your day in a relaxed way. The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Volosko, a picturesque fishing village with narrow cobbled streets, not far from Opatija. Its proximity to the sea, approximately 300 metres as the crow flies, and its central location provide quick access to the harbour, the Opatija Lungomare promenade, and the numerous restaurants and cafés. The centre of Opatija is only about 100 metres away and offers a wide range of cultural experiences and shopping opportunities.

The apartment is partially air-conditioned and features satellite television as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. A washing machine, fresh bed linen and an iron are available. The accommodation offers self check-in with personal assistance. Between stays, the apartment is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned upon arrival. A rare advantage in Volosko is the private, always available and free parking space directly at the property.

Rijeka Airport is about 42 kilometres away. Other important facilities such as a pharmacy, bank, post office, as well as a medical clinic and petrol station are located within a radius of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 metres.

Division
The apartment in the attic of a small house features a cosy bedroom with a double bed and stylish, understated decor in neutral tones, creating a calm atmosphere. The room size is approximately 12 square metres, and overall the flat is designed for two people.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen offers all the necessary utensils such as a cooker with hobs, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a kettle. In the living area, there is a television with satellite channels and air conditioning available.

House rules
The apartment allows pets by prior arrangement with the agency and for an additional fee payable to the host. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, and check-out should be completed by 10:00 am. Safety and cleanliness are ensured through thorough disinfection between guests.
