Description

The accommodation in Lovran can host up to four people and is ideal for relaxing days with family or friends. Just 50 metres away, you will find unspoilt beaches with rocks, pebbles and concrete slabs. Free Wi-Fi, as well as heating, air conditioning and a washing machine, ensure comfort. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, so your four-legged companion can travel with you.

Location
Lovran is located directly on the coast in the heart of the Kvarner Bay and stands out for its proximity to the centre as well as to a variety of beaches. Within just 50 metres you will find numerous shopping facilities, public transport and dining options. The surrounding area also invites you to take trips into unspoilt nature and to the nearby Risnjak National Park.

Special
The accommodation partially features heating and air conditioning, as well as wireless internet access. Fresh bed linen is provided, as is a washing machine. The water supply is provided by the local water utility and hot water is available for the shower. Parking is public and free of charge, with parking spaces located 150 to 300 metres from the house. Arrival is easily possible by both car and boat. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out is by 10:00. Key handover by the host is possible; alternatively, self check-in is available.

allowed, EUR 20.00/pet per day.

The market, the bus stop and a variety of bars and restaurants are located about 50 metres from the house. The nearest pharmacy, bank and post office are 100 metres away, the nearest petrol station and an ambulance around 500 metres. The ferry port of Brestova is about 23.5 kilometres away, Rijeka Airport around 48.8 kilometres. The entrance to Risnjak National Park is about 64.8 kilometres away. The beaches along the coast are just a few steps, approximately 50 metres, away and consist of rocks, pebbles and concrete slabs.

Division
The holiday flat accommodates two people in a double bed and offers a total of up to four sleeping places with two additional beds set up in the living, dining or kitchen area.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The kitchen features a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, and an electric kettle.
Crockery and cutlery are provided for meals.
The living area is cosily designed and offers space for additional sleeping arrangements.

House rules
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Please note the check-in times from 4:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. For a smooth stay, key handover by the host or self check-in is provided.
