The accommodation ZDENKO accommodates up to six people and impresses with a wonderful view of the sea and green landscapes. Just 250 metres away are rocky and pebbly beaches that invite you to relax. Location
The holiday apartment is located in Mali Lošinj on the island of Lošinj, just 800 metres from the town centre. Shops, the market and the bus stop are within easy walking distance, as are the nearest pharmacy and the post office. The surroundings are characterised by unspoilt nature and nearby beaches with rocky and pebbly surfaces. A diving club within 300 metres offers additional leisure opportunities.

The accommodation features bed linen, a washing machine and partial air conditioning. Satellite television and wireless internet are available. For your convenience, self check-in is possible. The 40-square-metre garden is equipped with garden furniture. Private parking is available directly in front of the house. The accommodation follows strict hygiene and safety measures in accordance with local authorities and the guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association, including disinfection between stays, provision of hand sanitiser and protective masks, as well as staff temperature checks. A first-aid kit is also available.

Division
The flat extends over two floors and comprises three bedrooms, each approximately eight square metres in size, each furnished with a double bed. Additionally, there is an extra bed in the living room, dining area or kitchen, allowing a total of up to six people to be accommodated comfortably.

Room
The accommodation is equipped with three bathrooms with showers. The kitchen features a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The living area is equipped with satellite television.

House rules
The accommodation adheres to strict hygiene measures and safety protocols. Check-in is available from 14:00, check-out until 10:00. Additional cleanings during the stay can be cancelled upon request.
