The accommodation is only 800 metres from the centre of Mali Lošinj, which invites exploration with its cultural offerings. The nearest rocky and pebbly beach is within easy walking distance. The area is quiet, green, and offers a pleasant neighbourhood, ideal for relaxing walks or day trips into the unspoilt nature of the surroundings.

Special
The accommodation strictly adheres to the hygiene and safety guidelines of local authorities as well as the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). A thorough disinfection is carried out between each stay. Shared informational materials are removed to ensure the highest possible level of safety. Amenities include partial air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi‑Fi and a self check-in system. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. Pre-arrival cleaning is included.
