The accommodation is located in the charming centre of Veli Lošinj, just 120 metres from the town centre. The surrounding nature invites you to take long walks, and the nearest beach with concrete platforms is only 470 metres away. Various amenities such as restaurants, cafés, museums and bicycle rentals are within walking distance, making it an ideal starting point for exploring.

The accommodation has a water supply from the local mains and is accessible to a limited extent by both car and boat. Public transport is well connected, with parking available approximately 150 to 300 metres from the house. A boat service is available on request. Further amenities include bed linen, satellite television and wireless internet. Heating and air conditioning are partially available. A contactless check-in is offered, and hygiene is ensured according to strict guidelines with disinfection measures, available face masks and a first-aid kit.
