The holiday home AVA in Jasenak accommodates up to five guests and impresses with its idyllic location amidst unspoilt nature. The beaches approximately 45 kilometres away, with sandy, pebbly and rocky sections, invite you to relax. A barbecue area, a large balcony and a 40-square-metre terrace ensure enjoyable hours outdoors. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, so you can share your holiday experiences at any time.

Location
Jasenak is located about three kilometres from the town centre and is surrounded by a beautiful, natural environment. The Adriatic, with its diverse beaches, is around 45 kilometres away, while the nearest airport in Rijeka is approximately 73 kilometres. Shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the nearby town centre, which is easily accessible. The location promises relaxing days far from mass tourism, nestled in a green and tranquil landscape.

Special
The house is partially heated and has wireless internet. A washing machine, bed linen, an iron, and a travel cot are available. Arrival is flexible via self check-in and host check-in. A 36-square-metre terrace and a pavilion with a barbecue area are available for shared use in the 600-square-metre private garden. Private parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are warmly welcomed for a fee; toys, beds, blankets and food bowls are provided for them.

The town centre is about three kilometres away, the nearest beach is around 45 kilometres away and offers a combination of sand, pebbles and rocks. The nearest ferry terminal in Jablanac is about 110 kilometres away.

Division
The holiday home offers a total capacity of twelve people, divided into three apartments. On the ground floor there is an apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen as well as a living and dining area and a sofa bed, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a 40-square-metre terrace. On the first floor there is another apartment with two double rooms, a living-dining area with sofa bed, a bathroom, and a six-square-metre balcony for each bedroom. In the attic there is a charming apartment for two people with kitchen, living-dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony of the same size.

Room
Each apartment has at least one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. In the living area there is an additional sleeping option on the sofa. Crockery and cutlery are provided, as are all the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay.

House rules
The accommodation offers flexible arrival and departure with check-in from 2 pm and check-out until 10 am. Specific house rules as well as notes on safety and conduct at the property apply to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement with the agency and an additional fee applies.
