The holiday home AVA in Jasenak accommodates up to 5 guests and is the perfect place to create new memories with your loved ones. Enjoy the picturesque nature and the nearby beaches, which are only 45 kilometres away. A barbecue is also available for preparing culinary delights outdoors.

The holiday home is located in Jasenak, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, ideal for peace and relaxation. The town centre is only 3 kilometres away, where you can find restaurants, bars and markets.

Special
The holiday home features a 36-square-metre shared terrace as well as a 5-square-metre balcony. Private parking spaces are also available. For families with toddlers, travel cots and high chairs are provided. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with toys and sleeping areas for dogs prepared.

From the accommodation, the nearest beach is 45 kilometres away, and the popular marina is also 45 kilometres away. For additional errands, you can reach a market or a bar in just 3 kilometres, while Rijeka Airport is 73 kilometres away.

The room layout has a total capacity of 12 people, distributed across three tastefully furnished apartments. On the ground floor there is an apartment with a kitchen, dining and living room, two double bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a spacious terrace. On the upper floor you will find another apartment with similar amenities. The charming attic apartment accommodates two people and has its own balcony.

Room
The accommodation offers a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, and other useful appliances such as a toaster and a coffee machine.

Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask for consideration and adherence to the house rules.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen.
