A warm welcome to the Butkovic holiday apartment in Šilo on the island of Krk, ideal for relaxing days with the whole family. Just a few metres from the characteristic concrete slab beaches, it accommodates up to five guests. Enjoy free internet access, relax on the spacious terrace with views of the sea and the garden, or use the barbecue for culinary highlights in a private setting.

Location
The accommodation is located in the centre of Šilo, just 150 metres away, and is situated right by the sea, which is only ten metres away. In the immediate vicinity you will find a market and various restaurants, all within a few minutes’ walk. Rijeka Airport is approximately 22 kilometres away, and the ferry port in Valbiska on Krk is about 25 kilometres away.

Special
The 14-square-metre terrace invites you to linger and offers a picturesque view of the sea and the garden. The accommodation is pet-friendly; pets are welcome by prior arrangement and for a fee. For maximum hygiene, the bed linen is maintained according to the guidelines of the local authorities. For additional safety, disinfectants, face masks and a first-aid kit are available. Staff regularly measure their temperature and adhere to all protection protocols in accordance with the guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association. Parking is available directly at the property.

Distances
The holiday apartment is only 150 metres from the town centre and market, equally close to restaurants and bars. The distance to the nearest beach is just ten metres. Rijeka Airport is around 22 kilometres away, while the Valbiska ferry port is approximately 25 kilometres away. A pharmacy and a clinic are each 300 metres away. A bicycle rental is just 20 metres away, and the busy main road is about 13 kilometres away.

Division
The holiday apartment is designed for two people and features a double bed. It also includes a terrace or balcony that invites you to relax outdoors. The living area is 42 square metres and is located on the ground floor.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. There is also ample crockery and cutlery. The living area offers a TV with satellite channels, internet access and partial air conditioning. A washing machine, an iron as well as a cot are also available. In addition, there is an extra bed in the living room.

House rules
The hosts and staff are obliged to comply with all safety and hygiene regulations of the local and national authorities as well as the European Holiday Home Association. Guests may cancel a cleaning on request during their stay. The regular check-in and check-out times are 14:00 and 10:00 respectively.
