The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2016, and is furnished in a modern and typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Šilo. The holiday flat is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located in the town of Šilo, only 50 m from the sea. The house has two apartments. The raised ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. A lovely terrace and a barbecue are also available to guests. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Pets are allowed and are charged extra. Guests have a parking space in the courtyard at their disposal. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Living room (20 sqm) with seating area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (20 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs). 2 bedrooms each (20 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Kitchen with dining area (2 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Separate WC (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
