Location
The villa is situated at the elevation of the picturesque village of Sveti Lovreč, only 14 kilometres from Poreč and 8 kilometres from the nearest coast. The surroundings are characterised by tranquil nature and offer an ideal base for exploring the charming landscapes of Istria.

Special
The villa features a well-kept garden with loungers, a covered terrace and a barbecue area. Highlights include a heated outdoor pool as well as thorough disinfection between guest stays. A welcome package awaits you upon arrival, and there is space for two cars on the property.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Distances
The city centre is only 500 metres away, and the nearest beach is 14 kilometres from the accommodation. Additional amenities such as restaurants and bars are also within easy walking distance at just 200 metres. Good transport links ensure a straightforward journey.

Division
The villa spans two floors and can accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor there is a cosy living area with a sofa and fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional WC complete the offering. Upstairs, two further bedrooms await, each with its own bathroom and access to a shared balcony with views of the sunset.

Overall, the villa offers three bathrooms with showers and an additional separate WC. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge. The living and dining room is an inviting place to relax and enjoy.

House rules
The cancellation policy states that the deposit of 300 euros is to be paid on the day of arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure if the accommodation is in an undamaged condition. Pets are allowed, but only by prior arrangement with the agency and for an additional fee.
