Description

The holiday home Lidija accommodates up to eight people and delights with its own pool and a fenced garden. Just four kilometres from Poreč and its diverse beaches, the accommodation promises a relaxing stay. Enjoy the crystal-clear sea, a wide range of leisure activities, and modern amenities including internet and air conditioning. A barbecue and a new summer kitchen invite you to convivial hours outdoors.

Location
The holiday home is located in the idyllic village of Antonci, about four kilometres from the centre of Poreč. The beach is also reachable in just around four kilometres and offers a varied coastline with rocks, pebbles, larger stones, and concrete platforms. Shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities are also within a few kilometres, providing a perfect combination of tranquillity and short distances.

Special
The house features a private 36 m² outdoor pool with sun loungers and garden furniture in the 1,000 m² fenced garden. A summer kitchen as well as a children's play kitchen have additionally been available since 2019. Partially air-conditioned, the accommodation offers Wi-Fi, a safe, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a television with satellite channels. Private parking spaces are available for guests directly at the house. The house is disinfected between stays, and first aid equipment is available. An outdoor shower complements the amenities.

Distances
From the house, approximately 4000 metres need to be covered to reach the town centre, the nearest beach and the marina. The nearest market is at a distance of about 2000 metres, while the nearest pharmacy and the bus station are around 3000 to 4000 metres away. Brijuni National Park is located approximately 50 kilometres away. The journey to Pula Airport is around 55 kilometres, and to the ferry port approximately 75 kilometres. Sports activities such as tennis courts, mini golf and bike rental are available within four kilometres.

Division
The house comprises three separate residential units across two floors, accommodating a total of 8 to 9 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious apartment for four people with an air-conditioned living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and an additional separate toilet. On the first floor there are two apartments for two people each, with a balcony and a view of the pool, each featuring a living area, kitchen with dining table, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the apartments is equipped with a washing machine.

Room
The accommodation offers three bathrooms with showers, as well as an additional separate WC with a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and ample crockery and cutlery. The living area is comfortably equipped with air conditioning and a television, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

House rules
The accommodation features a separate key handover via self check-in. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out is by 10:00. Cancellation policies and house rules apply and must be followed by guests to ensure a safe and smooth stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the house; pets should be arranged in advance.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay (01.01.26-01.01.27).
