Location
The accommodation is located in Ražanj, approximately 1,000 metres from the town centre. The splendid location right by the crystal-clear sea invites you to take walks along rocky beaches. In the surrounding area, there are restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.

The villa features partial air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and a washing machine. In the spacious outdoor area with around 200 m² of garden, a hedge ensures privacy. A private, heated outdoor pool invites you to relax. The COVID hygiene concept includes disinfectants, masks, and regular temperature checks for staff. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. Check-in is possible from 14:00, check-out until 10:00.

The nearest beach is only 70 metres away and consists of rocky terrain and concrete slabs. The town centre is about 1,000 metres away. Split Airport is approximately 30 kilometres away, while the nearest ferry port in Šibenik is 35 kilometres away. A pharmacy, post office, bank, tennis courts and bicycle hire are about 12 kilometres away.
Division
The villa accommodates up to ten people and features four bedrooms: two rooms with two single beds each and two rooms with a double bed each. The rooms range from 8 to 12 square metres in size, and some have a terrace or a balcony.
Room
The house has three bathrooms with showers available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. The living room offers two additional sleeping options and is ideal for spending time together.

Guests are required to comply with the house rules and hygiene regulations.
Fixed cancellation conditions apply to bookings and will be communicated at the time of reservation.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
