Location
The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet yet central location in Rogoznica, just 30 metres from the sea. The town centre, with numerous shopping options and sights, is about 2.5 kilometres away. The nearest beach is made up of pebbles and is in the immediate vicinity. Public transport is only 50 metres away, and Split Airport is about 30 kilometres away. An ideal location to enjoy both nature and village life in equal measure.

Special
The accommodation features a 40-square-metre terrace overlooking green garden areas, as well as an outdoor shower. Safety and hygiene measures such as disinfection between guests, hand sanitiser, and the provision of protective masks are of course observed. Laundry care is carried out in accordance with local authority guidelines. Heating and air conditioning are partially available. On-site parking is available.

The market is only 150 metres away, a bus stop 50 metres away. Split Airport is located around 30 kilometres away, as is Šibenik ferry port at approximately 32 kilometres. Pharmacies, hospitals, banks, the post office, bars and restaurants are reachable within 3 to 3.5 kilometres. The nearest petrol station is about 7 kilometres away, while the nearest beach is only 30 metres from the accommodation.

Division
The flat is designed for a maximum of four people. There is a double bedroom measuring 13 square metres, as well as another room with two single beds measuring 11 square metres. The total living area is 48 square metres and is located at ground level on the ground floor.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen offers comprehensive equipment including a cooker with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and ample crockery as well as cutlery. In the living area, a radio, television and internet are available. An iron and a washing machine are also provided. Bed linen is supplied.

House rules
The accommodation allows smoking. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The landlords and staff comply with all safety and hygiene standards, including protective measures and social distancing rules, to ensure a safe stay.
