Welcome to the stone house on Otok Murter, a perfect retreat for up to 12 people. Enjoy the crystal-clear beach just 900 metres away, or relax by the private outdoor pool. Look forward to delicious Croatian barbecues and a family-friendly atmosphere with free internet access. Your four-legged friends are also warmly welcomed by prior arrangement.

Location
The property is located in Tisno on the island of Murter, surrounded by lush greenery and exceptional tranquillity on a generous plot. The distance to the town centre is approximately 3 kilometres, while the nearest beach – a combination of sand and pebbles – is only around 900 metres away. Nearby, the Kornati and Krka National Parks, as well as the historic towns of Vodice and Šibenik, invite excursions.

Special
The large 20,000-square-metre plot is enclosed with hedges and wire or stone fences and offers a well-kept garden with outdoor furniture. There is both partial heating and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available wirelessly, a safe and an iron are provided, as well as a washing machine and a baby cot on request. Self check-in with host contact is possible. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, an indoor fireplace, and a private wellness area with two hot tubs and a sauna. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, disinfectants and face masks are provided, and the cleaning and care of bed linen are carried out in accordance with local authority guidelines. The house is a traditional stone house with good accessibility by car or boat.

Distances
It is approximately 2 kilometres to both the nearest supermarket and the bus stop. You can reach the pharmacy and the emergency department in about 3 kilometres, and a bank is roughly 11 kilometres away. Zadar Airport is located at a distance of about 60 kilometres, and the nearest ferry port in Šibenik is approximately 25 kilometres away. The nearest bar, the nearest restaurant, and the town centre are each about 2 to 3 kilometres away. The beach is 900 metres from the house.

Division
The holiday home offers five bedrooms, four of which each have two single beds and one with a double bed. In total, there are ten sleeping places plus two additional beds, ideal for up to twelve guests. The rooms extend over the ground floor and the lower ground floor, connected by an internal staircase. Large expanses of glass create a homely ambience and link the interior with nature.

Room
Four bathrooms, each with a shower, are available, one of which also has an outdoor shower. For your comfort, hairdryers are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and dishwasher. The living area features a fireplace and two additional sleeping options in communal areas.

House rules
The landlords and staff strictly adhere to the safety protocols of the national and local authorities as well as the hygiene regulations of the European Holiday Home Association. Cleaning services can be booked and may be cancelled by the guest upon request. Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out is by 10 am. Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay (01.01.26-01.07.26, 01.09.26-01.01.27). registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per person per stay (01.07.26-01.09.26).
