Description

The Studio Lotti 2 in Stari Grad accommodates two people and impresses with its quiet location in a small side street. The accommodation is ideal for a relaxing holiday and is equipped with air conditioning, internet access, a washing machine and an iron. You are only 800 metres from the picturesque, partly rocky beaches. Enjoy the proximity to the town centre of Stari Grad, which is just 200 metres away.

Location
The studio is located in the historic centre of Stari Grad on the island of Hvar. The location offers a peaceful environment, yet all essential amenities such as markets, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The nearest ferry terminal is 1.5 kilometres away, and Split Airport is also easily accessible. Public transport is readily available locally, but the accommodation itself is only limitedly accessible by car or boat.

Special
The accommodation is maintained according to the hygiene guidelines of the local authorities, including disinfection between stays. Hand sanitiser and face masks are available, staff regularly check temperatures and wear protective equipment. Bed linen is provided, the accommodation is an additional stone house in the historic town centre. Parking spaces are located at a distance of 150 to 300 metres. Check-in is available from 2 pm, check-out is by 10 am.

It is only 300 metres to the market, and the nearest bus stop is 500 metres away. The nearest beach, consisting of rocks, pebbles and concrete slabs, is about 800 metres away. Restaurants and bars can be reached after just 200 metres, and the town centre is also only 200 metres away. The pharmacy and medical care are within a 600-metre radius, and the nearest petrol station is around 10 kilometres away.

Division
The studio has one bedroom with a double bed, providing a total of two sleeping places. With 24 square metres, the layout is compact and ideally suited for two people.

Room
There is a bathroom with a shower and hot water, as well as a hairdryer. The small kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and electric kettle. Crockery and cutlery are available. The living area has air conditioning, internet access, an iron and a washing machine.

House rules
The hosts strictly adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines of the local and national authorities, as well as the recommendations of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). Guests can cancel the cleaning service during their stay if needed. Access to the accommodation is via self check-in with support from the host.
