Studio Lotti 2 offers comfortable accommodation of 24 square metres for up to two people. It is located just a few minutes’ walk from the idyllic centre of Stari Grad and features amenities such as air conditioning, internet access and a washing machine. The nearby beaches are characterised by their varied composition of rocks and pebbles and invite you to relax. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and discover the unspoilt nature of the surrounding area.

Location
The accommodation is located in the historic core of Stari Grad on the island of Hvar, just 200 metres from the town centre. Its quiet setting on a tranquil street also allows easy access to all key amenities and to the beach, which is about 800 metres away. Well-developed public transport additionally ensures convenient connections to the surrounding area.

Special
The stone house is located in the historic town centre and is equipped with hot water for the shower, partial air conditioning, and free internet. Parking is available 150 to 300 metres away. For hygiene and safety, cleaning and disinfection requirements in accordance with local regulations are observed. Hand sanitiser, protective masks, and a first aid kit are also provided. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The hosts follow strict safety protocols in accordance with local and European guidelines.

The market is only 300 metres away, while the nearest bus stop is 500 metres from the studio. Split Airport can be reached with a further journey, as can Stari Grad ferry port at approximately 1,500 metres away. Pharmacies, hospitals, as well as banks and the post office are easily accessible within a radius of roughly 500 to 600 metres. Tennis courts are about two kilometres away, bars and restaurants are around 200 metres away, and the nearest nightclub is approximately one kilometre away. Various leisure activities such as bicycle hire, a diving club and motorboat hire can be found nearby between 500 and 1,500 metres.

Division
The studio accommodates two people and features a double bed. It is compact and practical, designed over approximately 24 square metres, and is located on the second floor of the house.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils such as crockery, cutlery, cooker, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and kettle. In the living area, air conditioning, internet access, an iron and a washing machine are available. Bed linen is provided.

House rules
The accommodation offers flexible cancellation policies, regulated safety measures, and disinfection between stays. Guests are asked to observe the usual quiet hours. Check-in is available from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The hosts commit to complying with all local and national safety regulations, including the recommendations of the European Holiday Home Association.
