Details about the holiday home:This super central townhouse is located just 200 meters from Løkken Torv and the pedestrian area, which is full of shops, restaurants, live music and other experiences. If you cross the square, you will come down to one of Denmark's best beaches, where the characteristic bathing houses are located side by side with fishing boats, surfing environment and Løkken Læmole. The house is wonderfully bright with the large kitchen-dining room and living room, from which you can access the beautiful courtyard and the cozy conservatory, where you can be completely private despite the house's central location in the middle of town. There are four bedrooms here and spread over two floors, the bed distribution is as follows: 1*double bed in the living room next to the house's toilet and bathroom2*double beds on the 1st floor in each bedroom2*single beds on the 1st floor in the bedroom1 sofa bed on the first floor in the hallway between the three bedrooms. NB. the stairs up to the first floor of the house are steep. The house also has a utility room next to the front door and a lockable shed with an extra fridge and garden furniture. Retreat to the sun with a good book, go for a walk in the dunes or enjoy a day on the impressive, wide beach that stretches as far as the eye can see. If you move 200 meters in the opposite direction from the town square, you will find shopping and transport options - in other words, you have everything within a radius of approx. 500 meters. The holiday home is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. There is space for a smaller car to park in the carport and a larger car behind the house - but please be careful not to park next door (Vrenstedvej 21B).Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final charges will be based on actual usage, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
