Welcome to ATICO LLIBEIG in Benitachell – your perfect holiday home on the Costa Blanca! This 60 m² holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and awaits you with two comfortable bedrooms as well as two modern bathrooms. Enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny terrace or refresh yourself in the spacious swimming pool of the complex. A private parking space ensures a stress-free arrival. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine makes life easy for self-caterers. Entertainment is provided by a TV, while free Wi-Fi allows you to share your holiday experiences. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, even on warm days. A washing machine, iron, and hairdryer are also available – so your luggage stays light. The apartment is exclusively suitable for non-smokers and thus guarantees a fresh living atmosphere. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the surroundings and start your day relaxed. The proximity to the impressive cliffs, the turquoise sea, and the picturesque bays makes every excursion a special experience. The small Spanish village of Benitachell, with its approximately 6,000 inhabitants, is located in the inland area near the coast. The surroundings of the beautiful village center are still characterized by extensive and typical local agriculture. This includes, for example, viticulture and orchards with oranges, lemons, almonds, or olives. Benitachell has a 2 km long, varied cliff coastline with a pebble beach, coves, grottos, and the adjacent beautiful nature reserve of the city of Javea.

Exactly on this stretch of coast lies the settlement Cumbre del Sol (Eng. Summit of the Sun). The settlement bears this name because it was built on a mountain. This location gives all residents and visitors of the place a fantastic panoramic view over the surroundings. Since this year, the English private school Sta. Ma. Magdalena is located there. There are also restaurants, a hairdresser, a hardware store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket.
It takes about 10 minutes to reach the neighboring towns of Javea, Moraira, Benissa, and Teulada. The two nearest golf courses in Javea (9-hole course) and Benissa (9-hole course) are also quickly reached.

The best way to get to Benitachell is via the AP7 / E15 motorway or the N-332 national road. It is about 90 km to Alicante airport, and 110 km to Valencia airport. Between the towns of Javea and Moraira. Pueblo Montecala borders the special protected area Portet de Moraira and the bay of Llebeig. The dream beach Cala del Moraig is about 1.5 km away. The Adelfas shopping center with the supermarket Pepe la Sal, a high-quality restaurant and a cafeteria as well as a pharmacy is reachable in 2.5 km. The Grenadella Nature Reserve is also just a few minutes’ drive away and invites you to hike to Playa de Grenadella, which has been recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.
Cumbre del Sol also offers leisure and sports activities with an international riding school and a sports center with tennis and paddle tennis facilities. The highest viewpoint, Puig de la Lloreca of the Cumbre del Sol, has already served as a stage finish for the Vuelta. The penthouse ATICO LLEBEIG offers spectacular views, located 350 meters above the sea, in the Montecala urbanization in Cumbre del Sol, between the towns of Javea and Moraira.
The size is 83 sqm (58 sqm living area, 15 sqm terrace, and 10 sqm communal area). The Atico has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a living room facing southwest. The veranda and the balcony offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and provide a breathtaking view of the sea with a picturesque glimpse of the Cala Llebeig bay, which is 700 meters away on foot.

Amenities:
The apartment with 4 beds (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed) is fully air-conditioned. The penthouse is furnished to a high standard. Wifi is available. Public parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the entrance to the accommodation. The communal areas, set in well-maintained gardens, consist of a large lagoon swimming pool (40 meters) and a second smaller pool, which can be used free of charge by our guests between spring and autumn from 08:00 to 24:00.
