Description

Quietly located holiday home, at walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. Park Bohemien Resort in Sint Maartenszee is a beautiful holiday park, located behind the row of dunes in Sint Maartenszee. This holiday home is well-maintained and comfortably furnished. The garden-oriented living room with conservatory has a sunny interior. Through the sliding doors in the living room, you enter the spacious garden with terrace.

Living room
The cosy seating area has enough room for 6 people. The TV dresser holds the flat-screen TV and the HIFI installation/radio. The living room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. The ground floor is comfortably heated by underfloor heating. The floor is tiled. The conservatory is a great place to enjoy the first rays of sunlight.

Open kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has sufficient kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms
On the 1st floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds in each room. A cot is available.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom is on the ground floor and has a washbasin, toilet and shower.

Parking
A car can be parked at the accommodation or in the large car park in front of the park.

Die Lage des Bungalows ist sehr gut. Der Service von dem Verwaltungsbüro am Belkmarweg ist auch ausgezeichnet - auch im Vorfeld mit der Betreuung, da die 2.te Rate nicht angekommen ist ! ! ! Es scheinen neue Bett-Matratzen angeschafft worden sein und die Ausstattung des Bungalows ist schon hochwertig.

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und ansprechend. Schön ist die Strandnähe. Über den Garten hat sich unser Hund besonders gefreut. Im Küchenbereich gibt es sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck, so das es auch bei voller Spülmaschine keine Engpässe gibt. Besonders hat uns die Padmaschine erfreut. Die ganze Einrichtung ist komfortabel und in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohnung war einfach sauber und aufgeräumt zu halten während unseres Aufenthalt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
