This attractive and newly renovated holiday home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a large, hilly natural plot, where you can enjoy the peace and the relaxed holiday atmosphere. The wood-burning stove adds extra coziness on cooler days, while the heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. The living room also features a Smart TV. The holiday home has three bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool and sauna – perfect for relaxing after an active day in nature or at the beach. From the living room there is direct access to the large wooden terrace, which is ideal for outdoor living. There is plenty of space for sunbathing, dining under the open sky, and cozy evenings. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
