Staff is really great and helpful and very clean rooms

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Nothing like pics and description in VRBO. Trash strewn around the outside of the building, dirty, stinky, unsafe, gross room, damaged door, an overall hovel. More like a flophouse than a hotel.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Overbooked and room was not available. Refused to provide refund.

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Not as advertised. Pretty much a dive and the lobby had a strong pot smell

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Terrible place. The building was unsafe and there was an evacuation notice. We did not check in and the front desk person cancelled the booking. We still have not received refund. This is a fraud business

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Typical extended stay, Always beautiful,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Well my stay was great the room very clean still the old style no renovations yet, the employee was nice need more customer services, and follow the checking procedures also to ask for credit card for incidental and guide the guest where the room at elevator simple things, But the hallways very clean neat room I love my stay,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

The location is close to the highway but a little tucked away so it didn't seem obvious without using GPS navigation, The rooms are just fine, maybe a little dated, They have a real kitchen with a stove top so that's a major selling point

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Perfect for cooking in room - it's a whole studio, Bed was comfortable, and place is pet friendly, Down side was don't like seeing hair in bathroom, and bring self a heavier comforter

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Location was convenient a little outside of Rochester, Staff was friendly and had a room available for early check-in, Stayed in a non-smoking Queen, First floor room with full kitchen available, The room was a little dry/stuffy, Place was great for the price,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

A Very helpful and Friendly Staff, They will go above and beyond, for The Guests, Also, the location is convenient and very quiet, I will stay at this location again and recomend this location to Family!

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

My stay was fantastic, The manager Julie was extremely helpful to me and my family , The hotel is a bit outdated and not the staff are as friendly and outgoing as she is, The other manager hardly made eye contact when I checked in, I will be returning soon because of the great costumer service Julie provided,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, Small kitchenette is great for warming food, Staff are friendly and helpful, Great place to stay,

4,5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5 4.5
