This place was disgustingly filthy. They promised a refund, but I still dont have it.

Room was very dirty. Floor was sticky and dirty. The lady in the front desk tried to change my room and the other room was worse . I asked for cancellation because I did not want to stay there but they did not want to issue refund. I had to stay here the first night and it was awful.
