First they said they didn't have the room i requested then magically the room appeared but I was informed I was not getting a key to my room that I would have to go to front desk everytime I needed to access my room . The worst I have ever been treated . The black lady had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. The place is like where the city places the homeless when they don't have space in the shelter.
