Had to move from second floor room to third floor room because of smoke order and broken door latch. New room had both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink plugged. And toilet leak water. Second night the building wall was tagged and the elevator walls had excrement spread on them. All this was reported to office employees. Property had recently changed ownership and most of the staff were fired. No one available to work on maintenance.

The motel has been great to stay at, The staff Manager Richard, Ms, Darlene at the front desk and all the other staff are really accommodating, I haven’t had any issues with any part of the process, I highly recommend staying here if it’s an option,

It passed my wipe test, I usually grab a Clorox wipe and pass it around random parts of the room, The room the gave me passed and it was still white!! I came from South Carolina and was looking for something affordable, Alisha at the front desk had excellent customer service, Thank you,

My time at Extended Stay America was pretty good, I know it's in a rough neighborhood and all but this place is not bad, The rooms were clean, you get your own mini kitchen, a decent bathroom, and the customer service was great, Thank you to Richard and the young woman that kept checking me in and out of rooms,

I've stayed here for about 2 months total, and throughout my entire stay there hasn't been any negative experience to be had, Rooms have been clean, homey and relaxing, Their location is nice because it's our of the way of all the unwanted traffic and annoyance that would normally come with staying at a place where there is a dense population, Staff has been helpful and polite and prompt with any needs or wants that may have arisen during my stay,

This extended stay is my favorite, The location is great with food super close grocery store is down the street, freeway is right there but you DON'T notice any noise inside, Front desk is always helpful and super nice, They have cookware that looked brand new, Rooms are clean and quiet, Parking lot is always clean always parking available I give this hotel five stars

I love this motel,sometimes there a little slow at checking you in,but after the check-in,they make sure your stay is comfortable,Breakfast in the morning,a place to wash ur laundry&a security guard on duty,so you& your vehicle are safe,thankyou,to the extended stay team, good job,,,Lea spurgeon
