This place is so great, The manager and Tina are so nice, They make me feel right at home, They always try to give me my favorite room and they are just so sweet, The rooms are so clean and trust me I’m a little ocd so my version of clean is way higher than a normal persons and they exceed my expectations, It’s a safe location, They are just so great here and I’m very particular so if I say it’s good, trust me it is!

The room was clean and secure, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, I was in town for a medical procedure, and had a third party book my reservation using an alias because I don't have an id, They were so great about everything and one of them even greeted me by my alias reservation name this morning when I was in the office getting breakfast, The location is pretty quiet and convenient, right off the freeway, and only 10 minutes from where my appointment was at,

I just have to report that I received excellent, attentive and spotless room cleaning & service from Alicia at this Extended Stay America/Arden Way/Sacramento, She was great! This property also is well-located and minutes from downtown and the Arden Fair Mall, Management and staff from Michael & Ben & Christina on down is responsive and very friendly,

Everytime we stay here we are impressed on how clean and neat the rooms are and staff very friendly my only suggestion is there door keys deactivate real easy making me too go and have them activated again, besides that awesome experience, I have to say also that Tina in the front office is awesome and amazing I really enjoyed my stay here,

the staff are super friendly, especially Tina at the front desk she goes over and beyond to make sure your needs are met and any questions she is more than happy to answer! it's a very clean hotel prime location for the Sacramento area everything is pretty much close by but again the hotel staff has an a+ for customer service friendliness and I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially families that are looking to stay short-term or long term
