Nice little cottage in a quiet residential area with easy access to Falkenberg's holiday paradise Skrea beach with its lovely, long sandy beach. Everything is within reach here. Enjoy a vibrant summer life with ice cream parlors, restaurants, nice walking paths and nature areas. The accommodation is well planned with an open plan between kitchen and living room. There is WiFi and smart TV with chromecast. In the living room there is a double sofa bed for two people and a steep staircase leads up to the cozy sleeping loft with a sloping ceiling where there are two more sleeping places in a double bed without legs. Freshly tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and combined washing machine/dryer. The accommodation offers everything you can think of for a comfortable holiday. Out on the nice patio you can sit down and enjoy life, maybe put something good on the grill after a day full of adventures. From here, in addition to the proximity to the extensive sandy beach and salty baths, you have an excellent starting point for excursions. Simply a place to create great memories and look forward to coming back to year after year! If you are several families or a larger group, there is also the possibility of renting the owner's other larger house, which is located directly across the street with house number 64124. At the southern part of Skrea beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock swimming. Falkenberg offers a cozy atmosphere and wonderful nature experiences. At Ätran, which runs through the city, there are nice walking paths to stroll on with the water as a constant companion. Ätran also attracts many fishing enthusiasts (fishing license required). To the south you have Halmstad with its selection of shopping and restaurants and a lovely sandy beach. To the north you quickly reach Varberg's beautiful summer town, which attracts many holidaymakers with a lot to experience. By car you also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center Ge-Kås in Ullared.

Checked in late and found the key in the lockbox easily. The layout of the living room and kitchen was practical, making it easy to prepare meals while chatting with friends. Just a short walk to the beach made everything even better.
