Gather around the long dining table, prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or relax on the sofa in front of the TV while the wood-burning stove creates warmth and a true holiday-home atmosphere. When it’s time for fun and friendly competition, the activity room offers plenty of entertainment. Challenge each other to games of pool, table tennis, and table football – or enjoy a drink at the bar as the atmosphere builds. One of the absolute highlights of the house is the inviting wellness area. Here you’ll find a large heated swimming pool (3.3 x 6 x 1.4 meters) with a water slide and counter-current system – perfect for both play and exercise. Afterwards, you can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the heat of the sauna. The house is designed with comfort and privacy in mind, ensuring everyone gets a good night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day. The spacious bedrooms are bright and cozy, featuring comfortable beds and practical storage, so you can easily settle in and feel at home. Outside, the house offers two terraces, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shelter throughout the day. The southeast-facing terrace is perfect in the morning, where you can sit at the table-bench set and enjoy your coffee or a leisurely breakfast in the sun. The terrace is also partially covered and equipped with two charcoal grills, creating the perfect setting for long summer evenings. The garden is a true paradise for children, with a swing set, sandbox, trampoline, and football goal. As a practical bonus, the house includes two charging options for electric vehicles – both a modern and a traditional connector. The holiday home is located in the attractive Houstrup area, close to Henne Strand and Nymindegab, where the waves of the North Sea, wide sandy beaches, forests, and cycling routes create the perfect setting for your holiday. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. This is not just a holiday home – it’s the setting for unforgettable vacation memories. A caretaker is associated with the property, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Here there was such a calm atmosphere that did us a lot of good. Especially the hours on the terrace in the afternoon, when the sun still shone warmly and everything was so peaceful, we enjoyed very much. It was really the perfect place to leave everyday life behind and recharge.

In the middle of nature, the day at the beach was wonderfully calm and simply perfect for unwinding. The proximity to forests and the opportunity for long walks really enhanced my weekend. Overall, a wonderful place to recharge and slow down.

The wellness area is dreamy; after swimming in the bubbling pool, the sauna was just right for relaxing. The nature all around provides a wonderful tranquility, and the spacious outdoor facilities invite cozy walks. The mix of indoors and outdoors makes it really special.
