"Zur Kleinen Möwe" is a cozy apartment in the new modern residential complex SUN TOWERS in the heart of Swinoujscie and is popular with couples who appreciate peace, comfort, and time together. The apartment studio, 30m2, is located on the 1st floor and is fully equipped: a double bed (140x200), a sleeper armchair (90x200), modern kitchenette, table and 4 chairs, bathroom with shower and fresh towels, a small balcony and direct access to the large terrace for relaxing.
The open kitchen is excellently equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker – ideal for culinary experiences on vacation. Fresh bed linen ensures a restful sleep, while TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and information.
For longer stays, a washing machine is available, as well as an iron and a hairdryer.
The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers and offers an allergy-friendly environment.
Pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Swinemünde: Fine sandy beach, wide promenade, diverse leisure activities and numerous restaurants, bars, cafes on the promenade.
Near the apartment there is Chopin Park, Corso shopping center, many grocery stores and shopping opportunities for self-catering.
The promenade and the beautiful wide beach are about 15 minutes’ walk away.
The apartment is centrally located – the Swinemünde harbor, ferry, UBB train station and the city center are also quickly accessible. There are many attractive cycling paths in the area.
Cycling tours along the coast to the imperial spas Seebad Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin are particularly popular. The bicycle rental is located on the promenade.
Tourist attractions in Swinoujscie also include boat trips to the imperial spas as well as journeys with larger ferries to Denmark and Sweden.
Swinoujscie is also very easy to reach by train; the train journey from Berlin to Swinoujscie with a transfer in Züssow takes about an hour. 4 hours.
