High-quality cotton linens, room-darkening blinds, and essential safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are standard. Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Traveling with children is made easy with a cot and high chair provided. Practical amenities like a free washing machine, central heating, and free WiFi ensure a seamless stay.

Step outside to your private Tuscan oasis. The large, outdoor swimming pool is exclusively yours and is available seasonally from May to October, surrounded by sun loungers and a spacious garden. For safety, diving is forbidden, and we kindly request that no glass is used at the pool. Please respect the peace of the hills; loud music and parties are not allowed. Note that charging electric cars on the property is not permitted due to local restrictions. Upon departure, we kindly ask that the provided black rubbish bin be emptied and cleaned. Though secluded, you are ideally placed for exploring Tuscany's gems.
