Site not at all as advertised. Did not feel safe there at all. Lost my reservation money but would much rather do that than stay there.

Check-in was problem-free, room was fine, however only one chair was available in the double room. No towel change in 4 days, and no toilet paper refilled. Terrace above not usable, as it is closed.

Good day, we had booked a double room for one night. The check-in went smoothly. When we returned from our outing at night, the entire carpet in the room was full of ants. After many attempts to call, we reached the gentleman at the reception. We were quickly given the room next door, which was fine. However, this was a budget double room, while we had paid for a double room. We did not receive a response to our message to the SOS Support of Belvilla. We would like the price difference refunded. But no one is contacting us. I would not book again.
