Welcome to the holiday home Buitenplaats 79 Callantsoog – your perfect vacation residence on the Dutch coast! The spacious house offers 130 m² of space for up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms with mosquito protection on the first floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower upstairs, and a guest WC downstairs. In the light-flooded living area, you can enjoy relaxing hours by the fireplace and watch TV together on the comfortable sofa. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, convection air fryer, soda maker, electric kettle, and fully automatic coffee machine, so you can prepare all meals comfortably. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. A high chair is available for families with small children.
In the well-kept garden with terrace and jetty, loungers, sunshade, and seating area, you can spend sociable days outdoors while the children play on the lawn. Bicycles invite you to explore the picturesque surroundings and the nearby beach (1km). The holiday home is a non-smoking property and offers an allergy-friendly atmosphere. Washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer provide additional comfort. You can conveniently park your car directly at the house (2x). Thanks to free Wi-Fi, you stay well connected even on vacation, TV with Waipu-TV streaming. By train from Schagen, you can be in Amsterdam in 1 hour, by car in 20 minutes in Alkmaar (market, 400 listed houses), and in 14 km in Den Helder (a wonderful bike tour through the dunes), the northern tip of the province of North Holland and ferry port to Texel – always worth a trip!

The house, built in 1998, is located in the very quiet and well-kept holiday park Buitenplaats with a uniform appearance of the 150 thatched holiday homes, 1 km as the crow flies from the long beach of Callantsoog. Footpath via a forest trail at the back of the park or 5 minutes by car to the still idyllic village with church, small shops, cafés, restaurants, and world champion ice cream parlor, and Albert Heijn open 365 days a year. On the beach, modern beach cafés like Woest and "old huts" like De Toko and De Tent with large terraces invite you to relax and enjoy sundowners – fantastic sunsets included. Bike tours south through the dunes from Schorl to Bergen are just as appealing as those north to Julianadorp and Den Helder. Each season has its charm here, be it the colorful tulip fields in spring, the warm full summer days on the beach, or the cool, lonelier hours by the sea in November.

Top House directly by the lake
Dear Kühne family,
We felt very comfortable with you.
Your house is a dream in any weather because you have such a great view of the lake with water lilies and reeds from the winter garden. We also spent wonderful hours on the loungers on the jetty. There is also a beach chair for that North Sea feeling.
Normally, I don't like to cook on vacation, but with your kitchen, it's really fun. Nothing is missing. Even a ninja air fryer is available, I also want to mention the coffee machine and the great knives.
We have never had a holiday home with so much beautiful and high-quality dishes.
So many loving decorations, just an absolutely cozy place.
There were even e-bikes available.
We had dreamy days with you, with great bike tours through the enchanting dune landscape and plenty of North Sea air.
The place has everything for the perfect vacation, including. Supermarket that is open every day until 10 PM.
We will definitely come back soon.

The house is a little dream!!!
I have to give a compliment here. . . . we have never been in a holiday home with such high-quality, tasteful furnishings. Every detail, whether vase, dishes, etc., is coordinated. The new kitchen is the cherry on top. Very tasteful and high-quality!! By the way, where can you find holiday apartments with sharp knives? That we could also do laundry there is a blessing for us. We were able to drive home with clean suitcases without immediately sinking into chaos at home.
This house is located in an absolutely idyllic setting with a view of the water . . . what more could you want? One has the feeling that time ticks differently there. There is an absolutely relaxed, decelerated atmosphere. The short distances to the village and the beach are wonderful. We would gladly book this house again. Everything went smoothly, the landlords are very nice and uncomplicated. Unrestricted recommendation!

Place of well-being right by the water
The holiday home of the Kühne family is an absolute feel-good place! It has everything needed to relax and unwind. Whether in the conservatory during rain or in the beach chair in the garden right by the water, we always had a great time and are happy to come back again and again! The Kühne family has equipped the house with so much attention to detail that you can feel at home. Plus point: with the bike, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes, and the surroundings invite countless discoveries.
