This spacious residence offers 220 m² of space for up to 8 guests and features 4 comfortable bedrooms as well as 4 modern bathrooms – ideal for families or friends who want to relax together. Inviting living and dining areas provide for sociable hours, while the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine fulfills every wish. Bed linen is of course provided. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on warm days.

The highlight of the house is the magnificent swimming pool, which invites you to refresh yourself with stylish loungers and shaded areas. Enjoy sunny days on the balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture and end the evening at the BBQ grill. A boat is available for you to explore the coast and the sea. TV, washing machine, and iron provide entertainment and comfort. The house is also suitable for longer stays and is exclusively for non-smokers.
