Villa Arkaim is a unique building in the picturesque Istrian village of Filipana (Marčana), which exudes elegance and comfort, available for rent all year round, only 37 km from Poreč.
There are many characteristics that make the villa unique, and that's certainly a park that surrounds it, with an area of 23,468 m2 and arranged according to feng shui principles. Along with the flower gardens, olive trees, and Mediterranean greenery, there are many private walking trails just for you. Villa is located close to many starting points for walking, cycling, horseback riding, or swimming on quiet, unurbanized beaches.
Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and barbecue facilities, Villa ARKAIM provides accommodation for up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms, free WiFi, and pool view. One bedroom with a separate bathroom is adapted for people with disabilities. Due to the concept of decoration, easy movement is provided through the ground floor and terrace as well as access to the pool and garden. One hydraulic bed is also provided.
In addition to vacation, it is a perfect place for rent for business purposes (workshops, seminars), group gatherings, weddings, or photo and video shooting.
Pets are allowed upon request for an additional charge of 50 euros/dog/week.
Pool heating is charged extra 200 EUR per week, payable on arival.

Filipana is ideally situated for exploring nearby attractions, such as the historic town of Pula, and the serene Kamenjak Nature Reserve with its stunning beaches and clear waters. The village’s proximity to Istria’s renowned wineries and truffle regions makes it a fantastic base for culinary adventures.

Istria’s largest city is Pula, where the rich Roman history of Croatia is still visible today. Pula is best known for its amphitheater, the sixth largest of its kind, which was primarily used for holding gladiatorial fights.

Today, the amphitheater hosts a variety of cultural events, such as the Pula Film Festival, theater, opera performances, and concerts. The museum located in the catacombs of the arena introduces the history of the wine shop from Roman times. Pula’s Roman heritage cannot be overlooked, especially with iconic landmarks like the Forum, the Triumphal Arch, and the Augustus Temple, all of which are absolutely breathtaking.

At night, the view is equally spectacular with the impressive Giants of Light, a light installation designed by artist Dean Sikira in 2014. Every hour, on the hour, the cranes of the 158-year-old shipyard Uljanik are illuminated in vibrant colors and variations, creating a stunning light display along the coast.
